There are many diet and fitness sites available on the Internet today.
People gradually understand that their health is one of the most
important things in their life, and because of this they start going in
for different kinds of sports
to strengthen their bodies, and ladies often seek for opportunities to
lose their weight. But are all diet and fitness plans equally useful?
Can you be sure that the
latest weight loss diet will not make any harm to your organism? How do
all the fitness programs work in general? The answers to all

First of all, and it is the most important fact regarding all diet and
fitness plans: remember that your organism is individual.
Don't believe the doctors who say that "all people are equal, and
principally nothing new can be
established in any kind of body fitness diet". Such doctors
usually are ignorant, or they just maybe never encountered the subject
face to face. Yes, all people are equal.
Yes, all people have identical organisms, but: they forget about the
simple fact, such as personal physiological features. Many people's
organisms
really function in a similar way, but different parts of those
organisms can work quite different under different circumstances. For
example: a normal, ordinary man decides to
make a strong, beautiful body. He buys necessary fitness equipment or
goes to the gym, downloads a particular diet and fitness program, and
starts training hard. Everything goes all right, he trains from three
to five times a week, eats necessary protein meals, has a good rest
etc. Of course, sometimes he feels that
his chest, arms and legs ache, but he thinks it's absolutely
normal, because he trains hard and pain is inevitable during such
trainings.
But suddenly he gets a heart attack. In the hospital it is found out
that the fitness program he used was completely inappropriate for his
constitution and physiological features, he just burned his organism
during a period of
time and that organism couldn't stand it at last, what
resulted in a heart attack. An now he cannot train at all, and his
physical activity will be limited during a
long period of time, because it takes the organism really long to
recover after such a stress. What were those hard trainings for?
Remember: healthy diet and fitness is always individual.
Don't neglect you health: go to the doctor, and make the
necessary tests. Observe your organism completely and meet him with
that very plan you have - he or
she will give you necessary recommendations, taking into account your
personal physiological features. It doesn't mean that you are weak -
sometimes doctors advice even more serious and intense trainings to
their patients, but do it and be sure that your trainings are safe and
effective. |
