We moderate two email discussions where participants contribute their input toward achieving state-level HIE goals, overcoming challenges, and sharing resources. By submitting your name and email address below, you will request to be added to the general email list serving the broader state-level health information exchange community. If you are a State HIT Coordinator or a State Designated Entity (SDE), you will be subscribed to the email list dedicated to the Leadership Forum.
