State HIE Program applicants and recipients of cooperative agreements are encouraged to sign up for the State-Level HIE listserv for notification of events, dialogue and resource sharing to support State HIE.

Participation in the Forum is open to individuals representing states as grantees.  Identified participants from each state may include:

• The HIT Coordinator
• The leader of a State Designated Entity (SDE) serving as the state grantee, or the leader of a SDE-like entity that is designated by state government as the grantee (e.g. through contract, legislation, executive order) to serve in a statewide governance or statewide governance/technical operations role.

Under the auspices of ONC’s State HIE Cooperative Agreement Program,  the State HIE Leadership Forum will support ongoing communication, learning events and technical assistance supports for state efforts to develop and implement strategic and operational plans.
